06/21/2005: "viva la poolhouse"

So I went to Vegas this last weekend and managed to get surprisingly few good pictures. The trip started at good ol' Whiskey Petes. I managed to put away a whole 6 dollar prime rib at 1:30 am, not because I really wanted to, but because I had to. The eating was necessary to prepare for a stealth duece dropping in Jodie and Scott's room, if at all possible. Alas, I did not get that opportunity during the trip, but its always nice to know you were prepared. The next day on the way from state line to Vegas we stopped at the "Gold Strike" and had quite possibly the worst buffet on the face of the planet. It was so unbelievably random as well, featuring pot-stickers, shepards pie, hamburger patties soaking in liquid grease and cabbage rolls covered in what looked like marinara. Needless to say, I was looking to get that out of my system as soon as possible. On the way out from the casino, we saw an old gold miner and so I stopped to help him strike it rich. When we finally got to Vegas, Curtis came correct and gave us the proper accessories for Vegas blinging, an exact replica (which he made by hand) of the Rick James ring from the Chappelle Show. His hard work was not in vain, because shortly after the rings were distributed Jahida got out of line and Joel had to check her ass. That night we went out Downtown and drank, gambled and blue balled it. Its amazing how long one can play Pai Gow without losing money. Probably my new favorite casino game. The next night we went out to Pure, a newer club at Caesars. You know I couldn't go out like a punk, I had to keep it real and represent the streets. Ladies were jocking of course, but if they got too fresh I'd have to pop the collar and shake em off the sack. Of course, after all that pimping I was a bit tired so I had to return to my more laid back country roots. Anyway, it was a fun trip, although nothing too ridiculous really happened.
