02/27/2005: "i can see your giblets"

So I was driving near Balboa Park around 9am on Saturday, and out of the corner of my eye I saw several security guards running across the street towards me. I wondered what the heck was going on when I shifted my gaze to the right side of the road. Walking calmly down the sidewalk was a completely naked forty year old man. To what did I owe this honor? I may never know as I just kept on driving.
