02/22/2005: "i wonder if i could tie the ocean to your knees"

Just got done reading a Wired magazine article about new technologies in toilets. Did you know that federal regulations mandate 1.6 gallons maximum per flush? Pretty fascinating stuff. I was pleased to read that home urinals may be coming into style (as they use much less water than urinating in a good ol' toilet bowl), because, well, thats always been a dream of mine. Ever since I was old enough to appreciate mans ability to pee standing up, I always wanted a urinal in the garage. Not sure why the garage, but it seemed as good a spot as any. If I were to pick 1 reason why its better to be a guy than a girl, it definitely has to be the ability to pee standing up (comfortably). Seriously, I don't know how you girls walk around without these things. Its like having a can of spray paint, a water pistol and a billy club all pre-installed.

Anyway, listening to Mates of State - Team Boo. I quite like it, especially Ha Ha (sounds like an Indie Pop Paranoid Android) and An Experiment (why would anyone wonder if they could tie an ocean to your knees?). Have a great evening...
