01/16/2005: "you're not the revolutionary kind"

On Friday I went and saw Gomez. One word to describe it...completely and utterly mind-blowing. Ok, well, maybe not quite that good, but very very good. Gomez had always been on my "want to see" list, and I'm so glad I finally got to see them. I think the only major band still on the want to see list is blur, so definitely let me know if they come around. Anyway, the best thing about the Gomez show was remembering all the great tracks they have, especially from their fourth (if you count the b-sides album) album, In Our Gun. I cannot stop listening to "Ping One Down", give it a chance if you are looking for a cool track to download.
